Nevertheless, we shall safeguard your data, subject to this limitation. In particular, personal information will be transmitted via the Internet only if it does not infringe upon third-party rights, unless the respective party has given its prior consent in view of such security risks. Accordingly, as the Web site provider, we shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a consequence of such security risks or for any related acts of omission on our part.

We oppose the use of any available contact information by a third party for sending unsolicited advertisements. As the Web site provider, we reserve the express right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.

Access Data/ Server Log Files

xox interactive (or his webspace provider) collects data on each access to the website (so called server log files). The access data includes:

Name of the requested Web page, file, date and time of the access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log information only for statistical analysis for the purpose of the operation, security and optimization of the website. However, the provider retains the right, to check the log file data, if there is a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence.

When contacting us (for example, via contact form or e-mail), the information of the user is saved for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Comments and Contributions

When users leave comments on the blog or other contributions, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the safety of the provider, in case anyone writes unlawful contents in comments and contributions (insults, banned political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the provider may be prosecuted even for the comment or post and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

Comment Subscriptions

The succession comments can be subscribed by users. The subscription is always based only on individual contributions and thus a high e-mail traffic is not expected. Still use subscriptions with care. Subscriptions are terminated by deletion of your user account. Please get in contact with us for the deletion of your account. You can always create a new user account.

Integration of Services and Content of Third Parties

It may happen that within this online offer / website other third party content is integrated from other websites, such as YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics. This always assumes that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party") knows / sees the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP address is required for the presentation of such content. +1 Google+ Button

This occsd uses the "+1" button from the social network Google Plus, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google "). The plugins are identifiable by the "+1 " on a white or colored background. When a user visits a web page of this offer, which contains such a button, the browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Google. The contents of the " +1" button is transmitted from Google directly to browser of the user which embeds the latter into the website. The provider therefore has no influence on the amount of data that Google collects with the button. According to Google, no personal information is collected without clicking on the button. The purpose of the support and discussion forum is the support of our products, a platform to contact us, topics all around xox interactive and the dialogue with each other. Please treat other forum members with respect, decency and courtesy.

The topics written by you and the answers appear on the forum pages of this site. These pages may be accessed via search engines such as Google. No registration is required to be able to read posts.
